What we own

Three ways to work together

Leadership that owns the revenue number, systems that carry the volume work, and press that decides what prospects find when they check you out. Pricing ranges are published on each service page.

Leadership

One senior person accountable for the revenue number, not for a set of deliverables.

Fractional CMO Leadership

A senior marketing executive who owns the revenue number rather than delivering a strategy and leaving. Two to five days a month, directing your team and your agencies.

  • Ownership of one revenue number, reviewed weekly, not a set of deliverables
  • A 90 day plan worked backwards from the target, with what gets stopped named as clearly as what gets started
  • Positioning and pricing decisions, including for new service lines
  • Direction of your existing marketers and agencies, so you stop managing vendors
Scope and pricing

Fractional CMO for Healthcare

Healthcare marketing leadership that starts with referral concentration, intake conversion and payer mix, because that is usually where the growth is sitting.

  • Inquiry to kept appointment conversion, measured before any new spend is approved
  • Referral portfolio management, so a quarter of your volume does not sit with one source
  • Payer mix and self pay positioning, tied to revenue per visit rather than visit count
  • Service line growth plans, including codes most practices leave unbilled
Scope and pricing

Insurance Sales Leadership

Sales leadership and producer development for independent agencies and brokerages, aimed at the management layer rather than at another workshop.

  • Validation redesigned as a schedule with milestones, not a three year hope
  • A sales management cadence: pipeline review, one to one, and a defined consequence for a missed goal
  • Sales velocity and new business revenue separated from rate, so growth is measured honestly
  • Reactivation of validated producers who have stopped writing, who are already on payroll
Scope and pricing

Systems

The execution layer that absorbs the volume work bottlenecking a lean team, each piece measured against what the work produced before it.

AI Agentic Lead Generation

AI agents that carry the prospecting and qualification load, each measured against what the work produced before, with a human on every touch that matters.

  • A named baseline before deployment, so improvement is measured rather than asserted
  • Agents that hold state across a long healthcare buying cycle instead of restarting each touch
  • Qualification scored on your criteria, with the reasoning visible rather than hidden
  • Routing into the CRM and calendar you already run, not a new platform
Scope and pricing

AI Agentic Email Systems

Email systems where deliverability infrastructure comes first and AI personalization comes second, because volume into the spam folder is not volume.

  • Domains, authentication and inbox warm up configured before the first send
  • Personalization written from actual research on the recipient, not merge fields
  • Volume spread across inboxes to stay inside safe per inbox limits
  • Replies classified by intent, with positive intent reaching a human immediately
Scope and pricing

Referral Ecosystems

Referral relationships run as a managed portfolio rather than a lunch schedule: mapped sources, tiered cadence, tracked conversion, and reporting that goes back to the referrer.

  • Every referral source mapped and ranked by expected volume, not by proximity
  • Concentration risk named, so one source leaving is not a revenue event
  • A tiered contact cadence that matches effort to expected volume
  • Referral to admission or referral to appointment conversion tracked, not just referral count
Scope and pricing

Before the retainer

Most engagements start with a diagnosis, not a contract

The Growth Ceiling Evaluation is a scoped two week engagement that identifies which of seven systems is constraining growth and produces a ranked 90 day plan. It is also the cheapest way to find out we are not the right partner, which happens and is fine.

I am not a tech person and when Google locked my business account I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Justin said he could help and took over. Several back/forth getting info from me about business....he stayed on top of it and kep me in the loop during the entire process. Alas....my business account is visible and working! Highly recommend Velocity Revenue Partners

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do your AI agentic systems differ from traditional marketing automation?

Automation runs a workflow you designed. Agents hold state between interactions, run on triggers, and complete multi step tasks without prompting. They are closer to a junior team member than to a workflow tool, which is why they can absorb the high volume work that bottlenecks lean teams.

Can I combine multiple services?

Most engagements do. The common combination is fractional CMO leadership as the strategy layer with one or two agent systems underneath it. Agents amplify whatever system they are plugged into, so the strategy comes first.

How do you measure and report on results?

Every engagement reports against revenue, not activity. Every agent ships with a baseline, a 60 day target, and a kill switch threshold. Monthly attribution is by service line and channel, in board ready form.

What does onboarding look like?

A discovery call, then a scoped proposal within 48 hours. Most engagements move from proposal to kickoff within a few weeks.

How long does it take to see revenue results?

Strategic impact inside 30 days, measurable lift in 60 to 90 days, compounding gains by month 6.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe what has stopped working. I will tell you which of these would move it, and which would not.
